3 Days - $625 |
“Great course, very informative, seeing vegetation in person made all the difference. Larry Sward was great! I would take a class from him again. Jared Ventura, CA |
| This is a 3-day, intensive course on
the identification
of Southern California plants that typically grow in and near wetlands, but
many upland species are also covered. The geographic
area for the course is coastal southern California and delineators and
biologists working in

Counties will benefit from this course. The first morning will be

remainder of the course will be
conducted in the field. Be prepared for trekking along the margins
and through a variety of different wetland types, including coastal salt,
brackish and freshwater marshes, and riparian forests and scrubs.
Each participant will receive a copy of the text, The Native Plants of
San Diego, a 10-power magnifier, and supplemental information.
