Federal Wetland / Waters Regulatory Policy eSession – 2017
Materials and content are the same as identified in the location-based classes. Expect to spend a minimum of 32 contact hours. This course provides the knowledge that is necessary to proceed through the US Army Corps of Engineers permit process with minimum cost and delay. Progress from a basic understanding of what the federal laws, regulations, and policies require and how the judicial decisions have affected them to a familiarity with the jargon, definitions, nationwide and individual permits, mitigation policies, and the administrative appeals process. Develop a firm grasp on the role of each of the agencies involved and how to effectively deal with the regulatory process.

Course can be started anytime after December 12, 2016, but needs to be completed by November 30, 2017.
