WTI has several methods of payment for those registering for a course. The last step before submitting your registration (REGISTER NOW) is to choose which option you prefer. Payment options include Paypal, credit card (VISA or Mastercard), check, or government purchase order.
If you choose Paypal, you will automatically be directed to its site when you submit your registration. If the course has not yet been confirmed when you register, you will be charged only the deposit at that time. After confirmation of the course, the full balance will be due.
For your security, WTI does not currently accept credit cards via the website. If you wish to use a credit card, please call WTI at 1-877-792-6482 with your credit card information. A deposit of $350 per session will be charged to your credit card at the time of registration, and the balance will be charged upon confirmation of the class.
If you prefer to pay by check, please send it to: WTI, PO Box 351, Stevens Point, WI 54481-0351. If payment is made by check, the full tuition or a deposit of no less than $350 must be received by Wetland Training Institute within five business days of registration.
WTI accepts Purchase Orders from government agencies only. These can be sent to: WTI, PO Box 351, Stevens Point, WI 54481-0351, or emailed to: email@example.com. A copy of a government Purchase Order will be accepted in lieu of a deposit.
If we do not hear from you about your payment, you will be contacted by WTI staff for payment information after your completed registration form is received.
Openings in each course are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Your space will be held for five days, but if payment is not received your registration will be considered incomplete and a place in the course will no longer be reserved for you. WTI does not invoice private companies.
If you have any questions or concerns about these payment options, please don’t hesitate to call Jesse Haney at 877-792-6482 to discuss alternatives.
Transportation and Accommodations
Lodging and meals are not included in the registration fee. Most sessions are conducted at commercial hotels. For all courses of more than one day in length, WTI will attempt to reserve a block of rooms for participants to make their own reservations if they wish to stay at the course location.
In most cases, transportation for field trips is provided by WTI.
Unless otherwise noted, courses begin promptly at 8:00AM on the first day, and most end at 3:00PM on the final day.
