wcr-2017

Whether for replacement of habitat or mitigation for lost services, a successful wetland construction or restoration project requires careful planning.  The ecology, vegetation, soils, and hydrology must be considered in each step, from site selection through implementation, to restore wetland functions and associated societal values.

WTI’s Wetland Construction and Restoration courses cover the essential planning, implementation, and monitoring steps necessary for a variety of locales, common and unique.  Learn what it takes for a successful project from instructors with many years of field experience and a wide variety of completed projects.

Courses include lecture and field components.  Instructor pool: Gilbert and Sward.
